★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an enquiry about Stacato brand foldable bike from Autumn Angel Sport, Jeff was responsive, very friendly and helpful. He explained and demonstrated in details on how to fold the bike at the shop. Price was reasonable and on promo. Got a bell and bottle holder as free accessories. Even help me to adjust the seat based on my height, Jeff also let me test ride first before I made the purchased. Definitely a good place to get a bike if you are keen on getting one, either a half fold or tri-fold. Thank you Jeff for the wonderful services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bought 2 kids bikes from here, and they helped to set it up for my kids and shortened the seatpost for my younger girl few days after purchase when she couldn't get used to the original height, so she would be more comfortable. sturdy bikes with front suspension.

As I was upgrading from a foldie and starting out as a entry rider, I was not that familiar on the technical components etc. Jeff was very patient and knowledgeable with my questions. No hard sell tactics at all. It was a breeze transacting. Visit his shop for a lovely 1-1 experience. Highly recommended for all looking for bikes ( foldies MTB, hybrids, road bikes; entry to elite!) as well as other related products/services. Thanks Jeff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I realised I had a problem with my rear derailleur when I went out for a ride. This was the closest bike shop I knew of to my place. Thought I would just go there to give it a try. Bike shop was closed but I saw a mechanic there who came out and very nicely asked if I needed help. He did not hesitate to help and problem was fixed within 10min. I like the chill willing to help attitude. A good place to consider buying bikes from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my RC Triban 520 for full bike servicing. Premium quality service and keeps me updated on the progress and needed part replacement. Bike washing was done and after servicing it looked I got brand new bike Highly recommended and the bike shop is clean and you need to take off your shoes before you go in the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confirmed on the price for 2 P line brompton a day before but came back the next day that pre-order would not include accessories n only M bar. And was told they could not reduce the price of $5.5k for each bike. Moral of the story: buy your bike from authorised dealers or Brompton Junction only.

I was only able to respond to AAS reply through editing this page. Perhaps an attempt to prevent me from responding.
I received multiple calls n msgs from Jeff this morning to justify his actions n the manner in conducting his dealing with me. I should repeat that if he felt maligned by my review then he should get a lawyer to sue me. I shall leave it to all discerning buyers to decide for themselves n meanwhile I do not see a need to engage in further exchanges with AAS.
