AV One

Adelphi is a playground for audiophile. There are many discerning shops there with quality products. What separates a shop to me is the level of service by the staff. You can easily see and feel the difference among some of the shops. One of these is AV One. It’s my 3rd purchase from them over the past few years. The service personnel are patient and professional. Today, I was attended by KL and Peter who were amazing. They were friendly and answered all my questions and anxiety. Whether you are new or seasoned consumer, check them out. You will certainly feel the difference , compared to some other shops’ staffs who are unfortunately either too snobbish or busy checking their phones. Please keep brick and mortar retail alive. We need the therapy!

Amazing shop with friendly staff. First impressions counts. During my first time there, I was greeted by David who is friendly and approachable. He was patient in letting me try many of their products and always so professional in giving some of his own inputs. Not many shops let you try their products in peace, so im quite impress with their services. Purchased a premium cable from them and really enjoying it. I keep going back to AV1 if I need any audio stuff. Highly recommended!

Finally pulled the plug and upgraded my system with the Monitor Audio 200 G6 and C150 and couldn't be happier. I was very impressed with the level of service provided by Peter who guided me through all the options and spent a lot of time ensuring I had the best demo of their products.

They have some decent stuff under their sleeves..Have bought a few stuff from them. What really matters to me are the people who runs the day to day show once a customer walks in.. As a customer we go with some expectations but I would also prefer to have some inputs and suggestions.. Met Mr. Peter of AV One. This chap is unbelievable! Extremely patient and knows his stuff. An avid audiophile and his soundstage taste matches mine and I can confidently say that he will never disappoint you, and you wont be too.. Personally I feel , he is one of the very few left in Singapore whom I would love to take this passion going forward with.. Service is exceptional!

Just brought a Hegel H190 amplifier from AV One, served by Alan. He set up a demo with the speakers I was using, very satisfied with the amplifier & Alan is very knowledgeable & gives me a very good price. Have been buying many hifi gear from them, a very comfortable hifi shop in Singapore. Thank you Alan & AV One. Brought a Hifi Rose RS150B streamer & IsoTek Evo3 Aquarius power conditioner from Alan. I'm very surprised that this Isotek Evo3 Aquarius can change the Sound Signature by so much, worth upgrading. Thank you Alan & AV One

I had a wonderful experience to deal with AV One again, this time for the Audeze LCD X headphone. I was attended by David Chong. All of my questions were answered promptly and he was very patient during the entire process. Greatly appreciates the professionalism , friendliness and checking on my purchase a few days later. Not many companies do that now. Thank you for such an amazing purchase experience.

Half a year ago, I have purchased a complete HiFi set from Alan which consisted of Monitor Audio Silver 500, Marantz NA6006, Roksan Caspian M2 integrated Amplifier and its matching Power Amplifier. Service by Alan was excellent, where he let us tried out different amplifiers and configurations to find one that suited our taste After running in the set for half a year, the system sounded excellent and sweet, especially when matched with custom power & speaker cables. Would like to thank Alan for the services and the excellent sounding systems provided by AV One.

Our family went down to Adelphi AV One to listen to Denon AVR X8500 HA. We were being served by David Chan. One of most patience Sales Officers were had met. His services was beyond impeccable. He had demonstrated for almost an hour. With the experienced and knowledge, he had shared made us purchased the amplifier. David was indeed an asset to the organisation with very good experienced We really appreciated! Many thanks to him. 23rd March 2022 I had a minor issue with my amplifier rear surround output. Mr Alan was the friendly gentleman that handled the situation and coordinated very well to my issued. I had AV ONE fixed, was brought back to my residential area today. My due respect to Mr Yuan Feng (Xiao Yuan) [AUDIOTechnical Officer] who not only humbly given me back my amplifier. Also wire up all my wiring. Instead of 11 Channels, he extended up to 13 Channels. We were honestly very grateful of his expertise and professionalism. It's blessings to met him. Alan and Yuan Feng were another AV One asset to the establishment. Both worked were remarkably impeccable Well done. Keep it up AV One Cheers
