This is one place that examplifies and demystifies what medical care is about. I have had a very bad right-knee unicondylar replacement post-op condition that lasted seven years despite being a fully-compliant patient. It was Dr Ramesh whom got me back to a normal gait and back to golfing. Won't say back to premorbid condition but good enough for a 69 year old man. This, is something persons suffering from a chronic, debilitating yet non life threatening affliction can understand. Efficacious medical treatment aside, he exemplifies medical profession should be. Treating the person as a person rather just the symptoms. He demystified the prevalent belief that private means astronomical bills and snooty clinic staffs. Not here, certainly not here.

Was referred to Dr. Ramesh at Avant Orthopaedics by my doctor due to severe pain and stiffness in my left shoulder joint and upper arm muscles. I was able to get an appointment very quickly and the initial diagnosis of "frozen shoulder syndrome" was followed up by Dr . Ramesh very thoroughly: an MRI and X-ray screenings were prescribed and quickly done at Parkway East Hospital. Based on these, Dr.Ramesh could confirmed an inflammation and some cartilage scarring in my left shoulder joint within a week from my first appointment. The diagnosis was clearly explained to me by Dr. Ramesh, and he recommended a "conservative approach" for the therapy to be taken first. Thus, I was referred to a very skilled physiotherapist at BMJ Physiotherapy at Marine Parade, and over the course of roughly half a year I was able to fully regain mobility in my left shoulder and become 100% pain free. During that time I visited Avant for regular check ups by Dr. Ramesh and a final "all clear" visit. Throughout the whole time I visited Avant Orthopaedics the support and medical advice given by Dr. Ramesh was absolutely excellent. He is a very knowledgeable, friendly and kind orthopedic providing me with the correct diagnosis and very good therapy recommendations. The staff at Avant Orthopaedics were all very friendly and helpful as well. I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Ramesh and am very thankful for his help and support throughout my recovery "journey".

Dr Razmi was great not just in terms of his expertise and knowledge, but also in his sincerity and way of delivering important but difficult information. I have met many doctors who can sometimes be discouraging, but with Dr Razmi I always feel like he's got my back. Literally and figuratively ??
