β β β β β Dr Tay Liang Kiat saw my grandmother for a skin biopsy. He is very meticulous and patient. He explained in detail the process and answered the many queries she has. He made her feel very comfortable throughout the biopsy. She did not complain about pain at all. His charges are very reasonable as well. Highly recommended doctor!! Thank you Dr Tay!!

β β β β β I had been visiting the clinic for my daughterβs eczema treatment for a few years. We have seen both Dr Henry Loh & Dr Tay Liang Kiat, now my daughterβs eczema is under control. Friendly and helpful counter staff even though they are always busy whenever I was there.

β β β β β Terrible service. Arrived at the clinic but they cannot find the appointment in their system. Waste a whole morning οΌthey did nothing to make up.

Appointment shifted by over 2 hours without as much as a courtesy call to see if it was convenient, then made to wait another 30 minutes at the overcrowded clinic forcing me to give to give up as I had other appointments. Shoulder shrug apology on departure. Looks like nothing but a billing factory as evidenced by a desk covered in POS banking machines. Don't know if the Doctor is any good, never got a chance to be consulted.

β β β β β My 2nd appt with Dermatology & Surgery Clinic at Parkway East and I do have to say the doctors are really nice and friendly! The ladies at the front desk were really nice and helpful with explaining to me about the medication. Definitely see a difference after applying the medicine. Will definitely recommend :)
