I was informed by the hospital nurse that the clinic will be sending a nurse to bring me to their clinic for a follow up check at 10am. Waited till 10.15am and they told me they will be coming at 1030am instead. Finally a hospital nurse came and told me the clinic is too busy to send someone over, and the hospital nurse will send me instead. waited more than an hour at the clinic to see the doc. They have no respect for patient’s time. I will defin. Avoid this place If you do not want clinic nurses waste your time.

Regretted not checking out the Google Reviews before making an appt. Firstly I changed my appt time from 3pm to 215pm because I wanted an earlier time slot. But we waited from 215pm to 320pm and Dr Yong was nowhere in sight! It is one thing to wait a long time for other patients to finish their consultation with the doctor, it's completely another when the doc doesn't turn up at all. Having scrolled through the reviews, the complaints are pretty much the same about the tardiness of the doctor. And they seem to generate the same response from the clinic - apologies but apparently no actions taken to remedy the level of customer service and professionalism. I went for treatments at this very branch close to ten years ago, their standard has definitely dropped tremendously. Sad. BTW, I walked out of the clinic after looking at the reviews, didn't want to risk having the nasty encounters described here. Eagle Eye, pls live up to your name!

Just Did my LASIK here a week ago. Pleasant service and very professional. Will recommend friends n families to do it too. On the road to recovery with lots of eye drops . Thx Dr Chng n all the EEC team ! Waking up to a clear vision is a dream come true!!

Excellent and professional service from Eagle Eye Centre Parkwayeast.I had cataract surgery done on both eyes by Dr Stephen Teoh who is very experienced, friendly and professional, and who takes time to explain the procedure to you, giving you the assurance and confidence that you are in good hands.He is supported by a great team who does pre and post surgery assessments as well as hospital and insurance documentation. You will feel you are always well taken care of, and particular mention must go to Miss Chun Yan and Miss Jacqueline among many others. Thank you!

I recently had cataract surgery at Eagle Eye Centre and thanks to Dr Chng Nai Wee and his staff, I felt assured and cared for during all of my visits. Firstly, excellent service by the staff in the clinic especially Jacqueline who was always ready to go the extra mile to help out with my medical needs and the necessary paperwork. I deeply appreciate her patience and knowledge, plus she’s always smiling despite her busy schedule. It is great for the clinic to have such a wonderful staff like Jacqueline. Keep it up! ? My surgeon Dr Chng was patient and detailed in advising the best treatment plan for my eyes while also addressing my many concerns. Frankly, I’m amazed by my vision now but I’m even more impressed by his skills and composure during the procedure given the complexity of my case. Praise the Lord! It was indeed a blessing to have Dr Chng as my surgeon. A big thank you to Dr Chng for making my surgery a great success!

I just did a cataract surgery on my right eye. Glad that it went on smoothly and I was informed by my doctor that I have recovered well during my followup on the 5th day! Thank you so much, Dr Chng! Look forward to a similarly good experience on my left eye in a couple of weeks! ???

Registration & assessment was swift. Dr paul is very detailed & friendly! I feel comfortable with him. I love how friendly Parkway East Eagle Eye Centre recept ladies was. Especially the counter ladies. Definitely recommending Eagle Eye to my family & friends! Great job! Thank you.

Clinic is situated right next to the lift lobby of the medical centre specialist clinics, very easy to find. Dr Lam is friendly and takes time to explain details. Eye test staff are also approachable and competent. Front staff looks very busy and have no time to speak with me. The car park is quite small with limited parking spaces, so please give some time allowances to find a parking lot, or find free parking at nearby Lor H and walk over!
