β β β β β Eunice (the central branch) is so professional. After so many failed trial for perming my lashes at other outlet. I told her my concern. And oh my my! I am so happy with the result. My lashes was well taken care of, and she's friendly without hard selling any packages. Such a good experience!

β β β β β they are very pushy in selling. It makes me uncomfortable using their services. The company culture is to encourage staff to keep selling more during services, even the package just start being consumed. As a result, I bought unneeded sessions.. When I wanted to request for refund for unused services, it is being rejected !

β β β β β My wife bought me some massage sessions with central. After the first 2 sessions, I already didn't like it as I felt there was too much sales ongoing during the massage session and I couldn't properly relax. I told my wife that I didn't want anymore. She then requested the shop to convert the massage sessions to facial, but they asked for "Top Up".. this is the term they always use for up selling. Not understanding why customer can't choose what they want, but rather have to keep topping up!

β β β β β Hard Selling is the culture of this company. When I first bought a package from them, it was all good. Then when I started consume the package, the staff who performed services continuing trying to sell more.. After a few times I expressed no intention to buy more, her attitude changed. They will always trick you to buy more and more.. Even for a change of services, they will ask you to TOP UP. This is the word they use the most. Top up more money if you want to change from Facial to Massage, or vice versa.
Terrible experience, and please don't go so that you become another victim like me.

She was very caring and made me felt very safe. Not only that her skills were exceptionally good and dedicated, she also make sure that my brows will be suitable for my face contours as well.
