Ayam Penyet President - Djitsun Bedok - Mall

Very friendly and helpful staffs. Foods are delish! They even have my most fave food, Ketoprak! Excellent service! Will always come back to Ayam Penyet President - Djitsun again and again.

On this date, Thought of trying the food served in this Bedok branch of Ayam penyet president although the feedback I read was bad and unknowingly that all the feedback seems to be true. The staffs are all unfriendly. I would like to appoint this impudent staff by the name of Nora. ( The short Blondy hair, mid aged woman).. I don't want to mention of my bad experience here further and to waste more time. Yet it is quite intrepid for Nora to have mentioned Words that are not best used against a paying customer. Do take note that we paid for the food and not for free. Even so that we paid for the unworthy customer service that's not even been properly delivered. It wasn't even busy when I came. The staffs were all talking at one spot. I don't know or neither do I realise how busy they became only when I switch tables as I and my sister requested to have a smaller sized table. Then this Nora sarcastically said that I should've wait for the table to be immaculate first. Which before I moved, none of the staff notice or paid attention of us calling them. Such a poor customer service. I am sure that most of the guests that visited do pay all regrets- Impressive that how badly the staffs are trained to be delivering the poorest customer service ever I've encountered all my life! Satisfaction =0/0 The manager seems to take no actions when Nora ambushed us with words that are unpleasant used to a Guest that PAID FOR THE FOOD AND NOT FOR FREE.... No wonder that the staffs are too easy as the manager are too lenient!!!!

It made me feel nauseous and sick to my stomach, almost finished eating. I just found out that the cili were moldy.

Service was very fast..less than 10mins and we are already eating..

First time dine in at this Ayam Penyet President @ Djitsun Bedok. Is my first experience ordered a Iced Chendol only served with green worm-shaped jellies and few slices of Jet fruit as topping ??‍♀️ … will u order ? and super sweet ? If u don’t like chicken wing… when u place order u must SPECIFICALLY REQUEST U WANT DRUMSTICKS ? Otherwise when they serve to u definitely is wing and yet the store manager can some more tell u ‘we don’t have so many drumsticks… u need to request’ The problem is when we place order the all pictures is drumsticks and even the service stuff also never mentioned if we want drumsticks need to specifically request for it ?… Ordered 1 Beef Rendang and 1 Ayam Bakar with 2 rice… Serve the rendang beef without rice….. we need to call and ask where is the rice, ask to change the wing to drumsticks end up wait for another half hours… Haiz… although the food taste not bad but I will never come back again ?

Average food that came cold + poor service like what the other reviews mentioned. Any hawker indo and the kopitiam across the street would have served better and warmer food than this. Also, I find it quite ridiculous that the meat and rice had to be separately charged. Ayam penyet no rice. If the ayam was hot, fine. But cold, dry, tough chicken leg at $7...? Rice was an additional $1.

after ordering at the counter, we walked back to our table & the food arrived 10 seconds later. unfortunately, the chicken was not warm & felt like it was cooked long ago.. also interesting to note is that the size of the chicken pieces seemed to have shrunk by quite a lot. we tried the pink lychee drink, which was terrible - tasted so diluted down even before the ice melted. only the chilli remains just as spicy & yummy like how it used to be.. probably won't be back in a while ?

Very friendly staffs! Thanks for entertaining us during the Puasa period when we are chinese :( Forgot about it and thinking we shouldn't snatch seats with our fellow muslim citizens while they break fast. But thank god! Most of them finished their food and we got a table! Food served was great and they offered to change my chair to comfortable seating as they can see that I am heavily pregnant. Thank you so much!
