Pretty decent plate of fried rice with lots of egg. Pork chop was tender. Would like it better if it’s more flavorful or maybe will a good chili at the side. Very popular stall with a beeper to inform you when your food is ready.

Located at block 204 coffeeshop near Bedok MRT/ bus interchange. Popular stall for “Ding Tai Feng” Taiwanese cuisine. Tried the pork chop fried rice & the xiao long bao (meat dumplings). Both tasted good cost just below $12. Value for money. Do try it out if you’re in the vicinity and are craving for Taiwanese food.

When this stall first opened, I did not get a chance to eat there as the queue, be it lunch time, dinner time or any time in between were always long. Time spent on queueing to ordering to food being served could easily be 45 to 90 minutes. I finally got to eat from this stall yesterday when the wait time was more reasonable, 10 minutes, at around 8.30pm on a Saturday night. There was a good selection on their menu. We had their fried rice, pickled vegetable shredded pork noodle and mouth-watering chicken. Food was alright, but no socks off. I wouldn't mind eating there again but if the wait time is more 15 minutes, I'll rather queue for something more spectacular.

It's not easy to do restaurant quality food at hawker price. Hao Lai Ke does this with excellence, and is run by the nicest people. This is a business with amazing ethos and that always leaves me happy. Very worth supporting.

I love their black pepper pork chop noodle. It’s more light flavour with clear soup compared to Dan Dan Mian. I think Dan Dan is more suitable for those who like spicy and more strong flavour.

This stall located inside the corner coffee shop. It was famous as the chef was ex chef for Ding Tai Fung and hence some of their foods are coming from there at cheaper price. One of it is the pork chop fried rice. Personally felt it was similar with Ding Tai Fung, but it can be more tasty by adding some ingredients to the fried rice. But still worth to try. The dumpling sold at quite cheap price and you can buy the frozen one to self cook also. The dumpling is nice. Another nice to try is dan dan noodle. The noodle was added with peanut sauce but it was at just nice level which won't destroy the taste of the noodle.

Had their pork chop fried rice, the fried rice tasted nice but oily for my preference. As for their kou shui ji (口水鸡), taste was mild but not spicy enough & a lil too oily. Overall is okay.

First time trying and had the pork fried rice for takeaway. Taste is average to good. Can't say much more but their menu seems interesting and have lots of variety. Will try more of their other food again onsite and review further. For now, 3 stars.
