The massage room is very amble, which make you comfortable.
if there is any room to improve?
1. May consider benchmark Thai Auroma massage, providing addiitonal meditation music & essent oil evapour. which can further relax the cusotmer.
2. accupuncture point / , may consider chinese accupuncture point for enhanced accuracy / thearapy effect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr Siju has excellent massage skills. He is a friendly and patient man and very experienced in Ayurvedic massages. Other Ayur Centre staff, Ajay, Sindhu and Linu are also very friendly and patient to customers. The ambience at Ayur Centre Bedok is relaxing and calm. Ayur Centre also provides free health consultation by Dr. Karthikeyan. Overall, great massage and great service by Ayur Centre! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of female masseuse can't communicate, handles roughly & had no energy to massage. So, can't address issues. Other ayurveda massage I had been asked if want a little face massage but this one doesn't.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found the place of Ayurveda center at Bedok Block 84 for the treatment due to my back issues. I had a fall .So my coccyx bone fractured . I was suffering with pain ,numbness and burning sensation for past 2 years .I was taking strong pain killers everyday .Doctor said I am going to have this issues life long .But after I started the treatment at Ayurveda center in Bedok I can feel lot of changes .I went through few sessions .Also I must appreciate Sindhu is very good therapist .Giving good encouragement and very concerning therapist.

Good ambiance.
Doctor Kartikean listens to our problems and prescribes the best combination of medicines. The Therapist Mrs Sindhu is well versed in this field and has a magical hand in curing the pain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, I had a shoulder tightness/stiffness from past one year. Once visited clinic for massage, luckily got Sindhu mam as a therapist and got a lot of relief after a massage. Then I remembered and realised which I heard long time back is that our body needs touch from another human being to rejuvenate again from the inner most of the body. I forced my husband to go and have an experience, he also realised that many parts of his body has stiffness, muscles tightened which he didn’t think it seriously till that time.
Then Sindhu went back to India for some personal reason and I have waited for a long time. She is back again now and Felt happy when I had massage again with her in this month. She does a massage so well so that we don’t like other peoples massage towards body rejuvenation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was having frozen shoulder for past 1 year. My brother in law recommended centre atJurong.Due to pain intolerance I refuse massages. After my few sessions I found tremendous improvement. I must thank Miss Anju who has taken great care in my massages. I am greatful that she has done a great service. My pain is completely gone. But i will not stop viditing the centre as Miss Anju, not only relief my pain my fear of going for massages. I have shared with my family and friends how i felt after the sessions.
