Central 24-HR Clinic (Bedok) - 219 Bedok Central

Went to the clinic at night to do swab test.Crowd was OK but the clinic assistant was so unfriendly. I stood in front of the counter close to 20 minutes. It was as though I was invisible.She didn't speak to me at all. After quite a long wait I decided to open my mouth to ask abt the swab. She told me to come back tmr. If she was abit friendly and attentive, most patients won't waste their time standing there. Definitely I won't go back to this clinic ever. There are better clinics that are more friendly and accommodating to the sick. I hope this clinic will do something to improve their customer service. Thank you.

If I could give negative stars or literally zero stars, I would. Worst clinic I’ve been to in my life. Trust me if you really need a doctor, just go hospital better than coming here. Next time I need a 24 hour clinic, I will just go straight to A&E better. Went because I was having an extremely bad headache and was almost vomiting. My face was pale like ghost. Doctor listened to my chest and said ok, can. LESS THAN ONE MINUTE. Then I had to ask for MC, as I work night shift. Doctor just laugh and turn away. The whole time he didn’t even look at me, legit I don’t even know what his face look like at all. After he laugh he just sat there dunno doing what, I had to ask if I should go outside and wait - Doctor’s reply: “ I GUESS. “ You need to guess if I should wait outside or stare at your useless face? Ended up, I had to pay $100 for a useless doctor and also useless medicine cos he basically just gave me Panadol. If Panadol enough, I won’t even go see him. The consultation fee alone cost more than my one day pay. By the way, the reviews are right - The doctor doesn’t even try to be professional. Doesn’t greet you when you walk in, doesn’t even look at you when you talk. The whole consultation he only look at computer, listen to my chest also just the hand move. Literally never even turn his head. Long messy hair, clothes also messy. I don’t mind doctors never wear Long sleeve long pants… you can wear tshirt and jeans if you are my doctor. But AT LEAST make an effort to look CLEAN la.. A doctor is still doing a job, still need to look decent.

First time here and wanted to get my finger checked as I got a minor injury from my workplace and needed to check on it just to be sure everything was fine. Staffs were normal (not friendly nor rude). Was consulted by a doctor with long hair, he came out from another door and looked really untidy and was slamming the door. Went into the room when number was called, first question from the doctor was "what is your problem or what is your issue or questions similar to questioning like why am I here". As per what other reviews had mentioned, doctor was very sarcastic and didn't have any hospitality at all. Not sure why they're still working in this field if they don't wish to have patients. Wouldn't have went to this clinic if I knew my way at Bedok. Went there because I didn't had any choice but was treated and questioned like a criminal. Would not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Lousy service. Skip or miss my number. I asked the staff if I missed, she said no. Yet the numbers kept running away. My turn was totally missed. Left the clinic. Didn't want to waste my time. I suggest to everyone to boycott this clinic. Even the 1 ahead of me was still waiting for medicine 7 numbers after him, when I left

I've just read up the reviews and quite shocked that the company doesn't bother about the negative reviews were rated for them nor to have self reflection for all the bad experiences. I've walked into the clinic together with another lady. The lady told the staff she wanted to change all her coins to notes. The staff ignored me and proceeded with her request which wasn't seeking for a treatment. Another staff appeared from the back office and told me that come back 2 hours later including to those had made the appointments and disappeared (as a result patient needs to re-visit and to pay a higher consultation fees, evening charges) which wasn't patient mistakes. I would appreciate if they behave professional, patients are feeling under the weather hence they seek for a treatment patient. Nevertheless, I've no issues with the professionalism provided by the doctors in this clinic. The work ethics provided by the counter clinic staffs need to be address. Today wasn't the first time I experienced the unpleasant service but this time I decided to pen it down.

Female receptionist was rude and impolite when I told her symptoms, as though she wasn't interested in serving me at all. The doctor who has a ponytail and unkempt hair was slouching and just went through the motion of asking the usual questions. He was listless and seemed like he couldn't wait for work to end. He didn't even seem to care about my health. Before I left, he just gave a nonchalant 'bye'. Both doctor and receptionist have really bad attitude. I would not recommend anyone to visit this clinic at all!

Horrible horrible horrible experience! Just waiting for this clinic to shut down or they should hire reliable staffs who doesn’t slack off and do their work properly. Firstly, the female at the front desk was very rude. Asked her a simple question and she answered me rudely. The nerve. Secondly, the doctor was unprofessional. He had long hair and was very unkept. He asked a few question and checked my husband with his stethoscope then done. Waited for 20 minutes and came out less than 5 minutes. What the hell is this? Brought my husband there cuz he tested positive on his art test kit and wanted to double confirm if he really tested positive and guess what? They don’t even do art at night. I can understand that but the least they could do is tell us and not waste our time. I even asked the female staff about the art and do they do it here and she said yes. I told her I brought my husband to do an art and she didn’t even tell me anything. The whole purpose of us going there was to get my husband tested. So guys if you think you wanna come to this clinic, suit yourselves but I’m sure you’ll regret it. This is our experience with this lousy clinic. They have no work ethics and they’re not professional. They’re just terrible.

Would rate this clinic negative if i could Staff was rude, 110% effort to be unfriendly. This is the worse experience I've had at a clinic. My goodness. Please don't come here and i hope they close down
