The lady doctor is sincere and experienced. Consulting is only $16. Some newer doctors charge $25! Queues can be long. I suggest that you line up at 8am before the clinic opens at 8.30am. Otherwise the wait time can easily be 1-1.5 hours long.

Great doctor, but the service staff who do registrations and dispense medicine are extremely rude. Was turned away at the clinic by a member of staff with a "we're closed" (it was not yet closing time) and a wave of the hand to shoo me away.

Was diagnosed with C-19 4 days ago and has been recuperating well except a very painful throat. Went down to see doc with Strep Throat symptoms (see white pus on throat lining by now). The nurses were nice. I explained my situation to them and was given a seat to wait. Suddenly a lady doctor (Dr Cheong) came up to me and says they do not prescribe antibiotics for C-19 patients. I explained that I am here to seek confirmation on my throat. She started to say a lot of patients asked for antibiotics for C-19. Even from the mask, I can see her sneering expression. She went on to say that no antibiotics will be given if she confirms not strep throat. I was thinking what sort of doctor will tell patients off without even seeing them ? If the reviews has alw been good, it must have been another nice doctor, definitely not Dr Cheong (Lady). So I walked off to find another better clinic whom are seriously concerned about their patients.

Went to the clinic since I was down with Covid, and Dr Cheong patiently explained to me what to do during my isolation period, and even followed up with a phone call outside of consultation hours to check on my health. Very dedicated!

No doubt the best doctor in the Fengshan area. Hope she can get more rest as the crowd these days is overwhelming, due to covid. Overheard patients talking among themselves praising the doctor for her dedication too.

Caring and friendly doctor who charges low consultation fees. Fun fact: Her father was a TCM doctor at the same clinic space. Sometimes, she would also advise us to avoid certain food so that we can have a speedy recovery.
