Strongly advisable for people with back pain, Neck Pain and Spinal problems for those who spend more time with computers, must start doing before they have problems to avert and health issues.Many thanks to Udayan for helping me. โ โ โ โ โ I am having psoriasis skin issue for past 2 years. I did not go for Western medicine as I want to avoid steroid ointments. Last year I tried homeo and it worked after 5/6 months. This year due to lock down homeo clinic was closed so I tried Ayurveda medicine with Dr Ajithkumar of Ayush Singapore. The tonic and tablets worked a miracle and within weeks scale issue stopped to a great extend. After 3 months now I have stopped taking tablets and trying to control the issue with just food habbits. So far so good! Kottakkal Ayurveda medicines are also now professionally packed like English cousins. Thanks Ayush!

โ โ โ โ โ I have always been going to Little India branch for massage but this is first time I went to Ayush Tampines branch as it's near to my house. And this was best massage I had because therapist Mr. Uday there is really good and very experienced...
He has his unique way to give massage and he asked me kind of job I do and did massage accordingly...
