The chiropractors are professional and competent while the health assistants are friendly and are able to recognize and keep track of the individual's schedule. The program is well curated to the individual needs and is complemented with set of home exercises. The adjustments usually take less than 5 mins, which makes a trip there quick and easy.

It was burning every second, and I had issues sitting down even for a good 2 mins to eat. My husband had to spoon feed me while I was lying down because the shooting burn and pain was so unbearable. Today, about 9 months into the chiropractic sessions, I feel almost normal again. I can do almost everything normally. Of course, I still couldn't carry a lot of heavy things like I used to. I could, however, sit around for longer periods of time and still feel great. And I thank the doctors and staff at Chiropractic Singapore (Tampines Hub) for making this journey well-guided and smooth. Posture and pain management is better with a chiropractor to help the process. Would recommend anyone to at least test it once and feel the difference for yourself.
