Very attentive to getting my Canadian passport photos done right. When he realised the first set didn’t meet requirements, he just sat me down for more takes and then they were perfect bi appreciate fixing the problem rather than me having to return.

Extremely Rude and Lack of customer service I usually go to print my pictures from Tradeleader Enterprise which is at Blk 472, Tampines St 44 (510472) but there were closed on that day, so I very reluctantly went back this store which I previously had bad experience with. So I brought the softcopy of my passport picture to be printed out. The first batch of the picture came out too bright and he claimed that's original setting. He (Nelson- the boss) then offered to edit the picture for me but with a charge of additional $3. I was tad annoyed but I agreed to it since I needed the pictures. Then I asked him for the softcopy for the edited version since he is charging me for the editing, he said "No softcopy, if you want softcopy, you will need to pay another $6-$9". I asked him "If you don't give me the softcopy then how can I come back to reprint it". He claimed that he saves all his customers pictures up to 2 years (which I feel a bit uneasy and I don't think he has the right to do so). After I paid for the pictures and stepped foot out of the store, I realised that he short-changed me so I went back to the store and informed him about it, I even showed him my wallet (because I previously paid him with a $100 note, so the change should tally). He asked me to keep quiet because I'm making him confused and he said he will check the CCTV which I agreed to it. But unfortunately the CCTV didn't record the last few minutes of it and he very unwillingly give me back the correct change and he said I should check properly next time. It was an extremely unpleasant experience for me which I think no one should endures. If you want to have a better customer service in printing pictures and photocopying, you should go to Tradeleader Enterprise which is down the road located at Blk 472, Tampines St 44 (510472). The boss there are friendly and I had a hassle free experience with it.

$18 for 4 pieces Malaysia passport photo but $8 for Singapore passport photo. Package deal only even if you do not need soft copy. Definitely I go elsewhere.

Terrible. $12 for simple photo with no printing. Lighting was poor and results came out even worse. Very unprofessional, asked me to help him switch on his light after requesting me take off my spectacles (hello I can barely see without my specs how am i supposed to know where the switches in your shop are) Needless to say I will never patronise this shop again. Only came here because I lost the soft and hard copies of a set of properly taken photos that I got done at ICA a year ago.
