★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grooming experience wasn’t that great. Area wasn’t tidy and was cluttered. Groomers took 4 hours to groom cat instead of 2 hours they have mentioned. I dropped off my cat at 5, arrived at 730pm only to leave at 930pm as they took 4 hours. This is probably due to equipment and also staff not as experienced in difficult cat handling. They loved cats clearly, but we probably will never bring our cats back for grooming.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were at B'Smiley for our cat's full grooming. Staffs were gentle and professional in handling our 1 year old cat, Oyen who had a fall 10th storey high last month. They had created an environment conducive for his current state. The Bosses are very friendly, helpful and gave great advice. As always, the team ensure service excellency on the grooming and excellent cat's condition for every new cat owners. All the cats are super cute and heart melting! You can't get such beautiful cats anywhere at such reasonable price.
