Furever Love has the sweetest puppies that jump straight into your arms. I got my Westie from Joey and she is very patience and no hard selling. She understands that it's all about the chemistry between the dog and potential owner. She even follows up on the puppy situation at home. We can tell the puppies are in good hands with her and they love them very much. Definitely recommended to make a booking to view the puppies available.

Bought such a cute dog from Furever Love , the seller is very friendly and nice . After brought home my cute dog , she also do the after sales follow up to make sure I know how to take care the dog.

It was super pleasure experience at Furever Love, the cozy pet shop decorated like coffee bar, in which you can play with lovely doggy staff and chat with owner Joey who is ture pet lover. We also got lucky to meet our first furkids Molly, the dorable and playful toy poodle.

This is such a lovely pet store! The owner Joey is very gentle, professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and was always patient when answering our questions. She really looks after all the puppies and cares for each one of them as if they were her own. Not at any stage did we feel any pressure to purchase a puppy from her pet store but because her service was so good, we knew we were in the right place to find our dream puppy. The store itself is very clean and spacious, and nice quiet pleasant surroundings for the puppies. When we collected our forever puppy, Joey made sure she checked with us on how short we would like the puppy’s hair clipped as part of the complementary grooming service. She also provided a “puppy starter” kit to ensure our puppy is off to a great start at home. The after sales service was top notch too! Joey continues to be patient and helpful with us and has given us lots of sound advice and solutions. All documentations were handed over and prepared carefully by Joey with the whole documentation process being very transparent. We are very happy and grateful to have found this pet store: I found my “Furever” Toy Poodle and we are absolutely besotted with her. We highly recommend Joey and wish her all the best in her new business!

Got my Westie boy from Furever Love and it had been a wonderful experience. Initially we were a bit apprehensive as they had just opened for a few months and we could not find much info or review on them. However, Joey was very responsive when we made the enquiry online and an appointment over WhatsApp to view the puppy. Their place is neat, tidy and spacious. Joey was friendly, knowledgeable and forthcoming in providing the info we asked for and answering questions we had. There was also no rushing us to get the puppy and she continued to follow up promptly on our numerous queries before we decided to proceed to get the Westie from her as the puppy looks happy, active and well taken care of. On the day of collection, they groomed the puppy before our arrival and also threw in many extra stuff which were not in the agreed list previously. Overall, it has been an excellent experience with Furever Love.
