★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my toy poodle pup; Juno for his first grooming session. The staff were extremely patient with him ( he was very nervous ) and took their time to build a relationship with him and me to make him feel more comfortable. It was very assuring to know that he was in good hands.
As it was his first grooming experience they were dedicated to make sure he doesn’t “ hate “ getting groomed by being sensitive to his needs. You can tell how passionate the staff are by seeing how gentle they are with your pup. Other than their grooming service, I also did their Ayurvedic spa treatment as Juno had dry skin and scabs on his body. Just after ONE treatment, the dry skin and scabs are gone! He’s much happier now. And I am really grateful to the team for giving my lil pup the best experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought my pup Phoebe for her first grooming appointment at the Pup Life and it was a really easy and smooth sailing experience :) The groomer, Joelle, was kind and patient towards Phoebe and took note of her need to use medicated shampoo for her allergies. The place is clean and pleasant! Will bring Phoebe down again for grooming :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did my research before deciding on the pet shop to go to. The Pup Life was the 1st stop, and I didn't expect it to be the final stop :) We got a cute Cavapoo as a surprise for my hubby. All I can say is Ash and team are wonderful and with high integrity. They do not just sell you a puppy and wash their hands off. After 3 weeks, Ash is still responding to my every enquiries. Really pleased with their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are very happy with Pup Life SG! We bought "Muffin" from here and were happy with their service. He is a Cavapoo who came in good health. Not only that the grooming session was fantastic! Ashley and Joelle were very helpful and explained all options clearly. The end result was a Super adorable Pup with perfect trim that we wanted. No bleeding nails like the other groomers. He came back happy and playful. Thanks Pup Life team. See you again for the invite next grooming session.

It was overall a good experience and their staff let us know about certain things to take note of. Photos were sent to us after grooming. Thank you The Pup Life for the positive experience!

They made sure we were happy with the grooming and also gave suggestions on how to improve my dog's skin issues. When I picked my dogs they were super happy unlike the previous times.
