The worst ever! I will definitely sue the pediatrician if my baby boy’s nose continue bleeding! The pediatrician has not been professional; not enough stuff to assist with test such as nasal swab and caused my 15-month old’s nose bleed! I witness how the pediatrician forcefully insert the swab to my baby’s nose, it must be stab too deep, and my poor boy’s nose start to bleed right after he remove the swab. That was so shocking and abhorrent ! Seeing bleeding, the pediatrician conveniently push the blame to parent being not able to hold baby’s head firm enough (how crafty and mean! come on, parents are not your assistants, and they were not trained anyway either. To request parent to assist with your operation is already wrong and unsafe, yet when thing went wrong, you push blame to the untrained parent! What on earth!!!) By the way, the clinic is very run down and small. The pediatrian’s consultancy room has no privacy at all, where everyone waiting can see what’s going on inside. The bill is definitely not worth the service and environment you get! (Consultation fee is $100 for a clinic in HDB, what?) Avoid this clinic if you don’t want to have a disastrous experience! Take my true advice because I am a parent, I hope all parents in Singapore will be respected and their beloved ones can enjoy high standard medical service. Poor pediatric clinic like this one should really catch up if not then to be eliminated.

Even though the doctor is not professional, he do like trying to make babies to feel welcome and if there is a problem like you feel like the doctor is bad at whatever thing feel free to email me and I will try my best to find out what happen if I am free. my email is [email protected]

Went to this PD because he was appointed to see my baby when i delivered in TMC and also because it was a Sunday, polyclinic is closed. Its very very pricey, $85 for consult and inculding 3 kinds of meds, total bill is $117.70. But we as parents wouldnt mind paying as long our child is well. But this PD Doc Edmund gave medications that dont seems very suitable for my 4 months old baby. He prescribed VENTOLIN+MUCOSOLVAN for my baby's cough. I asked the staff at the counter if the medication is too strong and was told its ok. The medication stated its for cough, dissolve phlegm & open airways. After taking the medication for 2 days, his cough got worse. Brought him to Polyclinic and the GP said the med is quite strong and usually they will not prescribe. Went to KKH for a 2nd opinion another 2 days later and the doctor was surprised how come a PD would prescribe such medication to a 4 month old baby. The doctor in KKH mentioned the medication is meant to cough out the phlegm that is why my baby's cough worsen. The problem is, how can a 4 months old know how to cough out the phlegm? This causes my son to vomit out his milk after every feed. Would never bring my son to this clinic again!

Horrible clinic, please don’t ever come here. My barely a month old baby had a fever 39 degrees high, I called the clinic and asked if I should go down or just go to the hospital. The receptionist told me to “come down to the clinic first.” When we reached, the doctor was extremely rude and sarcastic and told us to go hospital because it’s a newborn and the fever is too high. I can’t believe they wasted our time to go down to the clinic. They still had the audacity to charge us consultation. What a money making driven clinic.

Dr Edmund is lively but abit amateurish in diagnosis, counter staff gave the wrong quantity of medication (thankfully I opened the box to check before leaving) Went to SOG paediatric clinic nearby at 11A Boon Tiong road, it’s heaven and earth difference. Will be staying with SOG.

Dr Edmund was very kind, attentive and he replied to all my questions when I took my daughter to see him. The staff were all helpful and friendly as well. It's great that the clinic opens on Sundays too (9am-11am).

The best pediatrician. The doctors had his service ever since my first child in 2008 until now, my 3rd. He knows what is best for the kids and perfectly recovered. Have to bare with the cost and crowd. Other than that, ?
