β β β β β The experience at Jon's clinic was great, my lower back pain disappeared immediately and the stiffness in my neck was also gone.His techniques with dry needling also alleviated other areas of discomfort. Would definitely recommend!

β β β β β I have nothing but positive comments about Back in Health. I came to him for advice 2 years ago and never looked for anyone else to help me out! Jon is incredibly knowledgeable, won't let anything to chance and I systematically leave aligned, light and so happy with my session. He explains what happens which creates for a professional and comfortable moment during the session but also helps correct my bad habits after.
He is very flexible and he does a lot of teaching and development which made me feel in perfect hands for my health. Thanks a lot!

β β β β β Jon is a highly impressive osteopath, with really impressive skills and experience. Jon uses a variety of techniques including needling & acupuncture, deep tissue massage and also different adjustments of my spine and back.
After the first session my back felt a lot better than it has for a long time, and it actually stayed feeling better. The second session Jon used electrical pulses through the needles in my painful hip which has really helped.
Highly recommended.

β β β β β I have been suffering from tension headache for nine months that crippled me to do day-to-day activities and my job. I have been regularly going to other medical treatments (GP, chiropractor, neurosurgeon) and most of them state that this is an injury due to my bad posture (while working in front of the computer all day).
Jon (from Back in Health clinic) assess my condition as a treatable and curable. He also assesses other triggers that also contribute to my tension headache. He addresses those other triggers as part of my treatment. I feel a whole lot better and the frequency of my tension headache decreased significantly. I can now resume my day-to-day activities and my job as before.
Jon is very skilful that each treatment is tailored based on your condition on that day. This made his treatment very effective yet painless. He also teaches me how to correct my posture and share practices that I can do to improve my posture further. I know that I am in good hands.

β β β β β Before I had my first appointment at the Back in Health clinic, I was suffering from severe migraine attacks, back- and neck pain. After the treatment of Dr Jon, the tension in my neck disappeared and my migraine has not returned ever since.
Using a combination of osteopathy and dry needling techniques, he treated multiple other injuries in my shoulder and spine and I can finally go back to training without discomfort or pain.
On top of being a highly skilled osteopath, Jon is an incredibly nice person. His remarkable education and his detailed explanations of the therapy will make you feel comfortable and in good hands.
