The experience with Pilates Plus was awesome! Pilates Plus has the certified and experienced instructors and all the required equipment but what makes it different is the whole atmosphere in the place.The instructors are warm and welcoming, there is a fun and relaxed feel about the place and I immediately got comfortable even with trying some difficult stuff. Ending my workout with a better understanding about my body and a big smile on my face! Overall a very enjoyable experience.

Michel and Don are exceptional instructors. Students at any fitness level or of any age group can benefit from their classes as class size is kept small and they will suggest modifications based on each student's level. The programs are thoughtfully created and detailed cues and explanation are given for each exercise. You can learn a lot about awareness and the strength/ limitations of your body. It's also nice that the instructors are interested in seeing your progress - something I don't see often in a group class setting. This is a place where you can lean how to train more effectively and safely for the long-term. Highly recommend the pilates, calisthenics and handstand classes!

I have mixed feelings about this studio after trying a few private Pilates lessons with Don in the last couple of months. While Don is a great instructor, I cannot say the same about the studio and its environment. I paid a premium (vs group lessons) for private lessons but yet I had to give up my equipment (mostly the reformer) and space for the group classes at times. It felt as if I had to rush through the use of the reformer just because the group class was about to start and my instructor was then reminded that the class needed X number of reformers (including the one I was using) or that that particular group class needed to be conducted in a particular area. Hence, my instructor and I had to adjourn to another corner. And that’s not even mentioning the noise from the group classes since we share a common space. I have been to a few Pilates studios and I have to say this was my worst experience unfortunately. The studio is probably good with group classes seeing how they seem to be prioritized over private lessons as well as the positive reviews left on this page but if this is a model that the studio chooses to operate, it’s certainly not suitable for me. There’s a reason why I chose private lessons in the first place but I wasn’t able to enjoy the full benefits when I practiced in this studio. It’s a shame that I cannot continue my private Pilates lessons with Don anymore as he is really a wonderful instructor.
