★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time using Bag Artisan service and was a bad experience. Paid $110 p/bag for cleaning and mould treatment but came back only general cleaning which I can even do it myself. They should informed customer that they are unable to do the mould treatment and not just return the bag with doing. Ask for refund and they don’t even bother to reply me. Will NEVER go back again. Don’t worth even a star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There were discolouration and stains at the bottom and inside the bag when I brought it in for cleaning. Bag Artisan went over and beyond. They beautifully restored my bag to an almost new condition. Discolouration were restored and the yellow stain at the bottom of the bag was removed. So are the stains inside. I am so proud to carry the bag out again. Thank you so much, Bag Artisan! You gave my bag a second life!!!!
