★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I put 2 bags and got charged 20 dollars (2 x 10 dollars) for around 12 hours.
I wanted to get one item from one bag after several hours and let them kept here... That was not possible. I had to get back the both and pay again the same price just to extract one item from one bag.
Only taking one single bag was not allowed as well.
If I had registered my 2 bags not in the same time, it would have cost the same price and would have allowed me to only take one...

Maybe these people should stick to just baggage storage and give the wrapping services back to the little kiosk on the departures level, just the way it was before. Those people were good. These people are absolutely terrible! The wrapping was shoddy, the price was ridiculous, the plastic quality was disappointing. I agree with one of the other comments, learn from CGK airport. Dont waste your money here! They dont deserve it.

Got charged $25 for a small rectangular paper box as the manager claimed it’s considered odd shape (what’s regular shape if rectangle isn’t? )
The couple in front had 2 bigger gym bags that took 10 mins each to wrap (my box took less than a minute on auto) and got charged $13 each.
When I asked if they could tie a string across so I can hand carry the box instead of carrying it under my arm, the manager first said they do not provide this service and after which said it’s chargeable. I didn’t even bother finding out how much.
Unless it’s a case of emergency, please do not patronize unless you want to be ripped off. Beyond the money, the service attitude was a disgrace too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conveniently located at T3 arrivals. But their definition of size differs from the airlines, turning a carry-on luggage (with tag from the airline) into "large". When I show the carry-on tag, staff wants to make me read some flyers as if that'll convince me. Kept the luggage.
If you're on a long layover and seeing the city, it's probably a convenient option, but be prepared to pay for the privilege. $15 for a carry-on bag is almost what you'll pay the airline to check in a suitcase. And the airline has a more meaningful reason to charge by weight.
