β β β β β super SLOW service. There were 8 groups before me, but I waited for 30 minutes until it got to me turn. 3 staffs were working, but none of them seemed to have a sense of quick service. It seems their computer system is very slow and it takes them very long to proceed a payment :(

β β β β β Too expensive rates, too slow service. Up to last year, baggage storage was handled more efficently and more affordably (at half the current rates) by another company. Since 'Smarte Carte' took over, since they doubled the rates, I completely avoid using baggage storage at Changi Airport.

β β β β β I can't recommend this storage. It's really expensive and they are not accommodating, as they charged me an extra day for one extra hour as of the departure and arrival of my flights it wasn't possible to shorten the duration. Also I wanted to store there my laptop as I didn't want to take it on a one week roadtrip with me to another country. This WASN'T allowed. They searched through my whole stuff. Overall a horrible experience, but I hadn't another choice.

β β β β β Too expensive and slow service! We wait 30min for 6 couples before us, both staff moves slow, as well as the computers to make payment. NO SENSE TO USE IT IF your Airline have EARLY CHECK-IN in Changi (in Jewel) 4-6-9-12 hours before! We saw it after, only 100m away! Just stroll around, into the amazing Jewel for 1-2H, leave the baggage to your airline directly, and enjoy 6-9 hours of Singapore downtown!

β β β β β Clean and proper place but you MUST have a boarding pass and passport before you can use the storage, even for Singaporeans. Honestly, that doesnβt make sense and been around the world no one has this rule. Dumb rule since itβs in a mall in an airport.

β β β β β Appalling service. Staff move ridiculously slowly. Was told they canβt do a partial release of one or two of my bags, I thought this was annoying but fair enough, maybe would cause havoc with their system. However I was then told I wasnβt allowed to get my laptop or headphones out of bag/access any of my belongings either. I was not told this when booking my bags in. Paying for a service for them to hold your bags hostage and not allow access to YOUR OWN belongings. They literally wheeled my bags out to the front of the shop and then would not allow me to get my laptop out. Disgusting.

β β β β β Perhaps the only thing to complain is they close at 2200 which means you have to pick up the luggages before that. Otherwise staff were efficient and the whole process is delightful.
