β β β β β My Prada bag has a memento value to me and I hardly use it to prevent damage. I was devastated when I saw the leather on both handles in very bad shape. Luckily I chanced by Bags Butler and they did a great job cleaning, repairing and coloring my bag. Thanks for the wonderful job and for being very responsive to all my messages.

β β β β β After 2 years in storage thanks to the Covid19 pandemic, my soft leather bags by Herz Japan were covered in mould and has an awful moulds stench.
I am very pleased with Bagsbutlerβs seamless delivery, updates with detailed photos of the cleaning in progress, and thorough cleaning service. They not only removed the mould but also tightened/restored the knots on my black sling bag. Every seam was thoroughly cleaned. I didnβt opt for the colouring service. Yet, the black soft leather looked good as new. Hence 5 stars.

Sent my bag for re color and clean up and received my bag in about 16 weeks like brand new. Highly recommend if your bag needs saving. Very responsive and helpful team that gives advice and information . Very happy with them and will definitely go back to them for my other bags and items.

β β β β β Sent my Balenciaga to restore color and it came back like new! Love the workmanship. Service is good and price is reasonable too. I don't have to waste time traveling as their pick up and delivery is very convenient. Will definitely go back for their service again.

β β β β β One of my fave, a Chanel patent leather bag. I accidentally stored it away during a house move, wrapping it in a non-breathable material. When I pull it out two years later, the leather had disintegrated badly, was sticky and looked beyond hope. Bags Butler suggested a paint job to Matt black and I sent it w the mentality that the bag cannot get worse. Bags Butler totally surpassed my expectations - they restored the bag lovingly, and suggested another method of restoration to maximize result. It took a while - around 3 months? - but I was in no hurry and this is definitely worth the wait.

β β β β β I took the plunge and sent four bags for colour restoration and deep cleaning. The prices were steeper than their competitors but the results are amazing! the bags came back refreshed. straps were repaired and nicks were fixed. I can extend the lives of these bags for a few more years. it's very worthwhile especially if they are bags you really like and would love to continue carrying them. I highly recommend Bags Butler for their quality service and top notch workmanship.

β β β β β I had sent 3 bags to them for cleaning, touch up & recoloting in early 2020. After a couple of months, the touch-up cracked at the handles, Bags Butler immediately arranged to collect it back to do the touch-up without any charge. They also explained that the handle is always bent, hence, it will crack easily compared to other areas.
Due to this, I sent another bag with badly scuffed corners to them for touch up & cleaning. Despite of a reasonable price, the work done was fantastic. You can see from the photos on "before" & "after". The corners do not look like they had been touched up, they looked like in the original condition.
The staff is also patient & answered to all my inquiries & doubts. I will another 2 bags to them for touch-up & cleaning after CNY. I will highly recommend their service for touch-up & cleaning.

β β β β β Did recolour for my wallet and cleaning for my bag. After afew months i finally got them back and happy to see that the recolouring and cleaning was so well done! Items are also packed nicely. Team was also very helpful and constantly updating me of the process. Only thing is, itβs not cheap else iβll send more bags for cleaning. But overall iβm satisfied with the outcome. β‘Μ
