I’ve engaged SWC multiple times for different issues around my house. Stanley has always been very professional in his assessment of the problems and his proposed fixes tackle the root cause of the issues instead of providing cosmetic solutions (as was the case with my previous contractor). Cost is on the higher side, but well worth it with the quality of the work and service.

This is the first time that we have engaged the company on and it provides friendly, professional advice and excellent service to the work (common toilet floor seepage to downstairs neighbour) that we have requested. Work was done in good quality to our neighour's house and finishing promptly. The cost of the work is reasonable when comparing to others and I would not hesitate to recommend to engage SWC Construction for their work.

Had a good experience with SWC which repaired 6 leaks at my home. Not only that, they repaired all the water damage by smoothing out the walls and repainting them. The work was careful and meticulous, they also covered the area with drop sheets to ensure minimal mess. Thanks to Shaun, Sebastian and the workers, will monitor over the next few months if there are any more leaks during heavy rain.

I would like to commend on the excellent services provided by SWC. Their staff Esther and Sebastian provided very prompt and reliable services. Their responses to my requests and queries were fast. Also both were very understanding to the urgency of my leakage problem and promptly arranged to undertake the rectification works early in spite of their very tight schedule. Works were completed on 6 May 22. The warranty is for one year. The quote given by SWC is also very reasonable compared to the other specialist contractors.

Sebastian and Shuan were very professional and patient. They solve a leak that another company failed. On top of that, their quotes for the job is also slightly lower. They stuck to the price even, when the job turned out a little more complicated. The other company eventually insisted on charging double of the initial quotation and still failed. The workers were very professional and did a great job including cleaning up. Special mention fie Mon and Lias. It is completely dry after a week. Hope the fix will last. Thank you.

This is my third waterproofing works in 7 years. Every repair is a real hassle as the whole house literally becomes a work site for almost 2 weeks. I did a thorough research this time and chose SWC Construction to rectify these leaks once and for all. I must say I was rather disappointed initially when SWC turned me down as they were really shorthanded with the covid restrictions. I told Esther and Stanley that I rather wait until they could get their workers back from Malaysia. It took them 3 weeks and Esther reverted. What a relief. The team headed by Sebastián are well managed and experienced. Some of them have worked for SWC for more than 10 years. For every leaking wall, they did a thorough check to trace the cause of leaks. The worst affected was my bedroom. Sebastian's team found out that water actually seeped and travelled down from cracks on my neighbor's adjoining wall (2 storey high) into my bedroom wall. Sebastian did all the coordination with my neighbor and had the cracks on their wall sealed and painted. SWC absorbed cost for the additional works. My neighbor was so impressed with SWC that he asked them for a quotation. He is also facing serious leaking issues and had repairs done just 2 years ago but the leaks are back again. I am really glad I waited for SWC. They only commit, when they are able to deliver. There are many waterproofing contractors out there but many lack trained and experienced workers. Experience is very very crucial for waterproofing repair works. SWC is definitely worth the wait and is highly recommended...
