RS Cycles - 500 Changi Rd

Very poor customer service!! Sales Rep wouldn’t lower the saddle so I could try sit on the bike. If you’re going to spend around $7k on a bike you want to sit on it to try out for size!! Just laziness not to lower the saddle. Every other bike shop was very accommodating and let’s you sit on the bike!! Not this place!! Go somewhere else!!

Horrible experience. NEVER again. Unscrupulous business techniques to get you to waste your time to head down. Inquired about a bike that they had for purchase. Was quoted to top up X amount upon trade in of current bike. Specially made the trip down to the shop and was quoted Y amount to top up instead which was 3x more than the initial X amount. "Mechanic" did not know jack about bike parts and kept replying he did not know the answer. This was in response to simple questions. The bike offered for trade in had relatively new Bora Ultras. Any Tom or Harry would know or have had the initiative to Google how much those are worth. The X amount quoted didn't even meet current market price for the wheelset. This was made worse when a friend who was present asked for a quote for his bike for trade in. The "mechanic" replied that he did not know how to quote and had to do his "research" first. This wasn't even some complicated bike. I wouldn't even be surprised if this place offered 500 bucks trade in for a C50 frame. No apology was offered for the ordeal and time wasted. Absolutely 0/10 customer service and 0/10 knowledge in bikes. Go back to bike school or maybe even YouTube tutorial videos. Same for the boss/owner. Rude, a time waster and complete scrub at being a service provider. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND. Unethical and unclean business methods. Absolutely lousy service. Visit at your own risk.

Unfortunately I can only agree with all the bad reviews here, they change their pricing of their bikes hourly.. called them to enquire on 795 Look blade with Di2 shifting and was quoted price XXX over the phone. One hour later when I asked for photos of the bike they suddenly quoted me a price that’s 2000SGD higher… ridiculous! Please do yourself a favour and avoid this shop at all costs!

Have not yet visit them. But base on the follow up and advise that felica give me on the phone definitely will buy my first bike with them ! Thumbs up for this shop and pls look for Felicia for her wonderful service! See you guys soon !

Interesting shopping experience, although I don’t know Felicia & Kagen prior to visiting RS Cycle but I feel like we have known each other for years. Kagen is very patient with a total new rider like me. Best is I met my PTI from my bmt who is now a bike mechanic with RS Cycles… time flies and my bmt is like 23yrs ago ?

Purchased a Ostro full bike with Di2, very good sales service and provided me with all the answers before I committed to buy. Return for minor adjustments to lower stack height and they did it all for free on the same day.

Been going there for a really long time. Love the place and the mechanic is the best. Every time I feel like they doing such a professional level. Will always come back for more. Recently bought and installed the latest DuraAce. Highly recommend this bike shop and in my opinion is the top in SG. ?
