★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty disappointing experience given that we were told by booth staff that chiller bag was included for every purchase of 5 Wu Gu Feng Koi There was no chiller bag or even normal gift bag given upon delivery. After verification, company staff mentioned promotion is only for Jelly & would sell us the chiller bag if we want, which is pretty shocking. In addition, please note that packaging for Nougat is dated 2014.
Its no longer about the chiller bag but the promise made and basic expectation. Giving 2 stars for the friendly delivery staff and the staff who followed up. Other than than, item is good for own consumption and not as gift.
