They are servicing quality foods and drinks, my friend had ordered 2 french toasts, one after another! Is simply irresistible!

I am soooo surprised that this is happening at South Buona Vista/ Pasir Panjang Rd ??? The food here is so fabulous! Care to have a glass of wine and chill in this neighbourhood! Simple fabulous!

It's a shame, this place has a nice ambience, but the food is confusing. We ordered eggs and mushroom on toast but it was wet and the bread just turned into a mush. Anyway, the details are not important: Overall the food is just a bit poorly thought through. All of the outlets of this chain have the same problem. I'm not sure how they got to this point, but my suspicion is that all the chains make the same dishes and are not allowed to modify the recipe, so no single store can improve.

Went in on a Friday evening to do a quick takeaway, bought Cranberry Shortbread and Salmon Quiche. Very unprofessional service in general 1) I asked for Salmon Quiche takeaway, and the cashier automatically added salad for me. I only found out when they printed me the "overcharged" bill. (Even when I found out, they said I "ordered" it..HELLO?) 2) They BURNED my salmon quiche. ----First of all, I DID NOT ask them to heat it up for me since I planned to have the Quiche for early breakfast tomorrow. ----Secondly, when I open the quiche at home, (can you believe it?!) They B-U-R-N-E-D my salmon quiche! OMG! (See pic below!) 3) when I was about to leave their shop, I actually told them "I have a suggestion, next time, please ask your customer whether they need to heat up the food or not". Again, believe it or not , they claimed "YOU ASKED for it?!" "HELLO?!" Is that a mind reading shop or what?! Even if it is, it's a WICKED one! I would NEVER again go back to that shop. They really need to train their staff before give them real responsibilities, at least hire someone # !! who doesn't LIE ! #. !! Who knows HOW to heat up food! #. !! Who understands "ASK your customer, but NOT ASSUME!"

Comfortable space and prices are lower than most cafes. No gst and svc charge. Their bread is good. Menu could be more varied though.

A perfect place to chill out with your family. Your palate will be pacified. Service-oriented and value-driven staff. Hands down

This is my most favourite Baker and Cook outlet. Went on weekday morning. Less crowd. Easy to get seats and parking. Located at lovely suburb. Staffs are friendly.

Awesome to have a Baker & Cook option in this area. For anyone who runs/rides Kent Ridge, this is the perfect spot to stop in and have a coffee and healthy bite. There's parking in front, the staff are welcoming, and the coffee is perfect. There's even additional bench seating down the side to sit and relax.
