★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went for the kids boxing trial for our 3.5years old girl at spartans buona vista and she immediately enjoyed it and so we decided to enrolled her for it.
The 45mins lesson is really engaging and fun for the Kids. Not a “tekan” session definitely. A great way to teach kids self defense and have fun at the same time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent one on one with Jake, this was the 3rd private session with him and we took it up to Kent Ridge Park, vigorous work out with focus on footwork and defence to compliment the previous sessions. Look forward to the next session but until then I'll keep up the work at the group classes with the rest of the gang.
Since I started coming here two months ago I've made a bunch of new friends of all levels.
Great job Jake and the team

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joined Spartans BV branch exactly a month ago along with my wife and another friend, personally its been a very positive and encouraging environment which focuses not only on building your boxing skills which is important but also works on your entire body and mind through some awesome coaches and head coach Jake Gonzales makes you wanna go back every single day to train. The vide and energy of the staff and co members that come to train is positive, inclusive and like family.
Great place... Keep the vibes constant and don't change that positive attitude and friendly smile..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A really good place to learn boxing. The coaches are dedicated and passionate about boxing, taking the time to explain the nuances and to guide personally (even in group classes). I mostly go for the classes taught by Coach Jake, Darryl Spencer, Eric and Titus. Look forward to the classes alot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been with with this gym for a while now and each time I attend a class there's always something new I get to learn and improve on. Good location but most importantly great coaches and members. Members are friendly and coaches make the effort to keep a friendly and inclusive environment. Coaches take the effort to adjust based on the members skill level as well. The gym is well sanitized as well after each class in preparation for the next.
