★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attended the Sourdough & Artisan Breads class. Claire & Daniel were both very helpful, detailed & patient throughout the full day class. They answered all questions clearly.
Finally got to learn how to make a starter dough from scratch & feed it. Definitely, worth my time & money. Now I can make them family gatherings & friends. So happy???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been attending Baker's Brew baking classes for more than a year! I learn alot in each & every class I attended. Instructors Claire & Keryn are knowledgeable, warm & patient. I have never feel stress during the class. Well equipped with everything u need for the class. The pace of the class is good for beginners too as they will guide you along. This branch is in the midst of all the eateries btw.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Erin was sooo friendly and patient and welcoming. It was my first ever cooking class and she made it so wonderful. Made a pistachio rose cake and it turned out to amazingly. Thank you for the warm welcome and amazing hospitality in teaching us! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time trying the cakes by the bakers brew. My family loves it. It’s not so sweet and easily enjoyed by the elderly. The lychee mango is my favourite and would definitely come again to try other cakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a team bonding session here with my colleagues, learning how to bake cupcakes. It was fun and enjoyable with most of the ingredients prepared before hand. We just had to follow the instructions from the instructor. In the whole, it was a good afternoon spent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The full chocolate cake is awesome, really yummy and not too sweet. Really amazed that my mum who is not a chocolate person enjoyed this cake a lot. Staffs are friendly and knowledgeable , excellent service! They explained to me patiently about the layers in cake. The cakes are at affordable prices with a wide range of choices. Can’t wait to try other bakes in my next visit >_<

Class was small which is better as we were able to see the preparation clearly and the chefs were able to assist us quickly when needed. Would recommend taking their classes. ? cake was very delicious and received praises from family members!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am very impressed by the fantastic and professional class conducted. It was a wonderful experience. I find the class very relax and informative. Amazing chef Erin who is very patient and knowledgeable wasn't stingy in sharing all the tips to perfect the cake making. The end product is exactly the same as what they have shown in the class website. The taste is incredibly delicious not being too sweet, all my friends literally rave about the cake . The cake baked is comparable to those commercial bakery standard . Very recommended to attend. Will definitely be back for more classes.
