★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have many branches but I like this branch best followed by tangjong pagar branch . The baker is good. The bread is soft and there are wide variety. I always choose tom yam chicken and spider Web. The skin of Tom yum bread is very unique, crispy. the ingredients for spider Webb is very generous, most of the time, the cheese is soft.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't buy their egg tarts! Ytdy afternoon ard 4.30pm, we bought their egg tarts and this morning we notice the egg tarts with pink colouring on its surface as shown on photo. There is a weird taste too. We have been buying their bread as it's nice and fresh. But very disappointing the egg tarts turns out

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a normal bakery to me, with relatively high prices because of the prime location in Thomson Plaza. It faces the entrances, dead smack in the middle of the mall, and you can't possibly miss it. The assortment looks great, and they have an open kitchen concept so you can see the staff baking and making everything fresh. That said though, as a consumer, I was a little undecided with what to get because of the wide assortment, and ended up picking something just because I was at the front of the queue. Picked a yam bun, and a chocolate chips bun for breakfast. Not the cheapest either, so just be mindful I guess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs converse in impeccable English- a rarity in malls these days. Service is good, the bakery range is super. And the buns and breads are above par. The doughnuts are worth a try.
Maybe I have been patronizing next door Four Loaves for too long. I find DJ dough more substantial and fillings have stronger flavors.
The mooncake-like pastry made my day as the lotus paste and salted egg were fresh and tasty. But $1.80 per half a piece will put most people think twice- not me though .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This outlet is found at the Thompson Mall atrium. Great variety of pastries and buns to choose from. Great layout and the food looks fresh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 4 of these char shew buns @ $1/each... hardly any meat or bread as you can see, more like air buns. Very disappointed!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HYGIENE MAJOR CONCERN!! Purchased 3 waffles. Staff dropped the mixture cover on the floor - without cleaning it, put it back. Then tongs dropped on the floor. Didnt clean it and replaced it from the pastry section. Pastry staff not knowing used it on pastries.
