★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice well located (walkable distance to beach and east coast park) and well built apartment. If your room is facing towards the road, then you have to live with some constant traffic noise and dust. The nearby Thomson-east coast MRT line constructions adds to the traffic noise and dust. Also no walkable shops/supermarkets nearby. Hopefully once the MRT is opened to public, these issues will come down a bit. The bus stop is just 200-250m away which is good. Its a very secure apartment with 24hr security and nice swimming pool.
