★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nice place for a residential condominium. The location is very convenient. There are nearby bus stops just outside the entrance gate. The place is quiet and cozy. A nice place to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: Apartments are spacious. Condo is well maintained and decent amenities. Good connectivity and location. Cons: some of the blocks are not disability friendly as no ramps at entrances. Slighly old. No walking path. Mostly just a winding road uphill. Somewhat less greenery

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ although it is not near to amenities such as supermarkets or coffee shops. in future, 2024, there will be upcoming Bayshore mrt at the door steps and I believe the amenities will improve. aging condo but the condo facilities such as swimming pools, gym and tennis courts still great. best of all, it is just beside the best parks of Singapore East Coast Park. As this is already near 30 years old freehold condo, therefore once mrt completed, summit condo will likely candidate for en-bloc soon.
