Old but nice condo

Good carpark. Directory is very clear.

Nice condo .but water running make noise and who lives near waterfall pepple get disturb .

The sudden noise level that the workers in red uniform of the Condominium has been deafening when they use their vehicle to roam to the condominium and storage every morning at 9 am ish. The noise from their yellow vehicle drags the floor and gives out out a irritating sound. I just live across and it is irritating that it is every morning at 9am there is a loud screech. Could you all be considerate and plan for it be done later there are people still sleeping.

Lived here 2 years. Balinese style and nice grounds

Located near East Coast road, Landbay condominium is a lush condominium complex which completed construction in 1999. The waterfalls and the greenery give the feeling of a summer holiday in a resort. To relax, one can hit the sauna as well as the steam room. Then to cool down, take a dip in the swimming pools or the jacuzzi and then relax by the pool as the sun gleams and the water trickles. If you are up for a game of tennis, then the Tennis court awaits you, If you wish to work out, the underground gym offers a plethora of equipment such as a rowing machine as well. There's a small play area for the children as well. As the night falls, the condo is well lit by beautiful vintage lamps thus creating a soothing ambience. There is handicap assistance and a spacious underground parking. Also, it is well guarded under proper surveillance of various CCTV cameras and trained guards. Connectivity: It is surrounded by multiple bus stops with routes providing travel across the whole city and is just 1.6 km away from Bedok MRT. It is close to multiple gas stations and stores, bars, restaurants and even spas and is a short walk away from East Coast Park. Landbay is the best residence for people of all ages and walks of life. Definitely recommended.
