β β β β β Bad service... i have a enginner hydrocrabon watch which dated for more than 15 years which is the first batch watch to enter Malaysia market and send to there to do maintainance... ended up without calling or informing me for changing the bezel to new bezel which is not original bezel for the current model... simply change the different bezel and it had lost my faith for Ball Watch After Service quality.... doesnt a professional person for watch knows that by doing so will cause damage to my watch value?? Really made me dissapointed as a Ball watch collector who already purchase for 10 over watches... i was proud of the Ball watches and now im not confident on the after service quality anymore....
