โ โ โ โ โ Your staff anliyn li based at harbour front centre outlet does not control the crowd.Your mission statement of buying ticket and queing was not practised as a large family of 6 sat in the shop but didnt purchase the card .There are those who purchased the card had to wait for 1 hour or more just because your staff didnt control the family who sat inside claimed they didnt purchase the card due to no change.This policy is not your vision statement.i work here and having the staff not managing the crowd has lost a few customers just because she wasnt able to control the crowd.You should view your cctv between 5.4pm to 6.10pm to see the point i was explaining.Knowing the school holiday is ending and many would be cutting, you might want to engage another staff to help as many customers had been turned away.
