★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I assumed Hyflux was a quality Singapore brand. But their online shop has been hopeless. Delivery did not show up as scheduled, nobody answered their customer service phone line, voice messages or email for 3 days now. I got through to one stressed operator today and she promised that the delivery team would call back. they haven't. I am considering asking for a refund.
