★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great looking stuff but extremely unethical. From bags of ostrich skin to shoes with unnecessary goat skin as the product "highlight". They pride in animal use and abuse - it's so sadistically weird.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was shopping for a gift and was served by a small sized, petite guy( did not catch his name) Told him my needs but always recommending items that doesn't suit. A tad pushy and tinge of rudeness. Not a very comfortable shopping experience, as he still lacks a lot on basic mannerism.

I had problem with my bag because of dirty, went to ask what can I do about it and the sales personnel helped me to remove it and clean the whole bag some more. They are really going an extra mile for customer. I am really satisfied as a customer.
I would recommend this store for buying Fendi's products.
