Well i have a good experience last time but not now during the covid times. All the sudden become a robber. Still living in the 80s wanted to con people Cation... Well i went there to change a 2nd tyre.. well cant complain much for that. After they remove my tyre. They told me that the bearing is spoilt. Well verify by me. So ok change it and i ask how much was it. He told me 120 without labour. Well i said ok. He went for a search and cant find the part and told me to leave a contact. The next day. The person call me and told me the price again for 140 without labour. I say ok but i try to ignore it is expansive as i normally know the price. So i nv went back. The 3rd day. Another staff call me again and told me the price is 160 without labour. I say wow in my mind .....everyday increase by 20. Very funny really... i will play their game. Lol The 4th day. Another one call again. And ask me ...."did anyone give u a price?". I said nope..... true enough price increase again to 200. I tell him off by saying someone over there say 120 and now 200.. wow. Told me to come down and talk. Well i wont come back again .

Rotation 18. Remove nail is 10. Other place 5. Next person came, is also 5. Thanks for preferential pricing. Anyway not like they knew the next person. One time off.

Service personnel here are very experienced in their work. Speedy work done too. Very meticulous and detailed in their work. Have been coming here to do quite alot of vehicle works. Namely, 1. Replace & Checking of Batteries 2. Replace Alternators 3. Replace Breakpads 4. Replace Tires (Front & Back) 5. General Servicing (Oil Filter Replacement / Engine Oil Replacement / Engine Air Filter Replacement) 6. Tire Balancing They dont do Alignment for if you change all 4 tires though. Guess due to the small workshop they have. But generally, I like their service speed and know how. Not only 1 serviceman but all of them are very experienced. Keep up the good job HSS!

Visited on a Thursday morning after dropping kid at school and wife after breakfast due to a screw in my left rear tyre triggering my car's tpms. There was already a car there mending tyre when I arrived even though it was still 20 mins before their opening time. The wait was short and the uncle who helped my mend my tyre was skillful, friendly and ready to share his knowledge on tyre repair with me. Price is reasonable for the patch job as it requires the tyre to be removed from the wheel and patch from within, not those repair by just inserting a rubber into the hole to block the puncture.

Called to enquiry the battery price before going down some hours later. Shop was busy and efficient due to the mix of younger, energetic and senior workforce. Most staff were generally friendly giving a nob in greeting. Payment was swift over the counter managed by Miss Ng (hope i got it right). She initially charged at a higher price but upon knowing I've called and was offered at a lower price, no question asked and the discounted price was honoured. The senior boss even offered his Chinese tea to me while I'm waiting for my receipt. A simple local shop which might not provide the best or atas type of services, EQ might not the best, 5S needs some working on, but definitely a shop for genuine automotive supports.
