I did not really like how the email team responded to my request. but I was pleasantly surprised by their speed of service as well as a place to offer cold water. location is not very convenient and might be cramped.

I bought a Razer DeathAdder V2 Pro Wireless Gaming Mouse from Challenger Technologies Lte. After using it for ten days, the left click of my mouse does not work. Challenger's customer service said that goods sold more than 7 days they can't do anything , they only printed service center's details (which is here) and my E-receipt for me. I booked an appointment on Ban Leong Technologies's website. When I reached, there are 3 queue infront of me but their service is fast. Staffs are friendly and I got 1 to 1 replacement within 20 minutes.

I bought two pcs TP- link power bank 10000mah that took 3 to 4 days to charge. I am very glad to speak to a customer service guy (Joshua Fok) who took effort to listen to my bad experience with the purchase and made a speedy arrangement to get me a refund for the two power bank. Although I can still remember the bad experience I had with the purchase, I can also remember the follow-up service that Ban Leong Technologies offered thru Mr. Joshua Fok. Keep up the good work.

My Deco M4 mesh set was bricked by a buggy software update. The staff here diagnosed the problem and gave me a new set pretty quickly. Iโ€™m impressed as the routers were nearing the end of their 3 year warranty.

Was asked to make an appointment before making my way down to do an exchange of my Logitech G512 keyboard. Located on #04-01 of Ubi Bizhub, you need to make a right turn after coming out of the lift to reach the service area. As some others have pointed out, you are supposed to take a queue number when you enter the service area. But the service staff donโ€™t seem to react to the queue system. Instead, remember to press the alarm at the reception counter if you donโ€™t see anyone. In my case, the service staff appeared within seconds of pressing the alarm. I had to take a screenshot of my receipt & sent it to the email provided. The service staff took my defective keyboard and disappeared behind the door. Approx 10 minutes later, a different staff appeared with a brand new (looks to me) G512 replacement. Fast and hassle free warranty claim experience ?
