i would like to thank Ciseern for doing such a great job in handling my reno project from start to finish. They used Blum hardware for all my furnishings and they are excellent quality! Thank you for the hard work and really appreciate the effort that goes into each detail. The importance of communication, material quality, trust and confidence of an ID company is vital for a successful collaboration with their clients, and Ciseern has achieved this. Continue to improve! Thanks again for my awesome swanky new home. :)

The showroom displays a wide range of Blum products for modern homes! The lifetime warranty for some of their hardware items goes to show how robust their products are built to withstand the specified load capacity and test of time.

Pretty helpful place. Sales ppl are knowledgeable. You have to book about 1-2 weeks in advance. Prices are high and resellers are much cheaper. But strange practice of making you wear plastic gloves to touch their precious display items. Certainly not something you see at ikea, hafele or the library. These places have higher traffic through and you don't get a nasty sweaty feeling after leaving the showroom. Don't believe it is shown to reduce covid risk.

Blum showroom, This is a very well known hardware store from Austria. Mostly selling furniture fitting like drawer's runner etc... If you want to know more go to their website to see the products.

Blum is a company proud of their product. They would replace their product for you and honour their long guarantee period. Only downside you have to look for your own contractor to remove old ones and fix new ones

Very Poor customer service, Not helpful at all. I agreed that Blum brands are very good and nice quality to use. So I call and enquiry for the hinges. One lady pick up the phone with lazy voice and ask whether my company have purchased last time from them or not. And after I told my company she said "hold on" and transfer phone to another lady. Another lady also ask my company name and after I told her, she say "You can go and check on their website". (May be because we never buy from them before). I even told her to advice what are the sizes for hinges and whether she can let me know on phone about the pricing as urgently, she insist to tell on phone and ask me to go website and check only. I mean what is this behaviour to customer??? I am not saying anything or rude and just want to know sizes of hinges and pricing only. And cannot tell on phone or cannot give service because we never buy from them??? Blum customer service only give service to their old customer only and not give good service to new coming customer??? What a disappointment customer service. BLUM PRODUCTS MAY BE GOOD BUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH.

A compliment is due to Idris (hopefully the right spelling), a knowledgeable, patient, hardworking and personable service crew @ Blum showroom. We were there twice to buy kitchen accessories for our new 'BLUM' kitchen, both times we were served by Idris. Unfortunately, both times during our visit it looked like “peak period” as there’ re numerous customers walking-in and there is only Idris on the shop floor. Despite having to juggle queries from different customers, he was extremely composed and chill! (If I may suggest 1 thing, to be fair to the customer and service staff, the staff should be empowered by management to serve one customer at a time and the staff should then tell customers who come in later to wait for their turn to be served. Blum products need expert explanations and it takes time to explore the various options with the service staff, it’s not like picking a broccoli from supermarket?) Idris product knowledge and passion for his work is clearly demonstrated with the kind of details he shared when I asked for various solutions for our kitchen inserts for different stuff. He even took time to go through different arrangements of the accessories using various props; the visual definitely help us with our choices and we spent > 1K in total just on Inner Dividing Systems! Blum products are expensive but they are super quality & creative products and when this is top up with authentic and efficient service, it makes everything worth it! @Idris and the polite lady (sorry, I missed her name!) who help to prepare the invoice and delivery, thank you very much for your excellent service.
