★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plants are infested, do not recommend buying from this store. Bought a plant from them on cny eve. Noticed some black round grubs and I asked the chinese uncle there, he said it’s nothing. Next few days, I noticed ants crawling in and out of pots and thought maybe there’s an ant infestation. Turns out the black grubs are aphids, and ants love eating aphids. So the problem wasn’t just ant infestation, but the aphids were eating the plant alive. Spent money to take a taxi back to store, the Indian staff insisted it’s nothing wrong the black grubs, even though I’ve showed him what aphids looked like. He wanted me to exchange another plant instead of giving me a refund. He claims I saw the plant and was okay with it when I paid, even though I had asked what the black grubs were. Staff knowledge on common plant infestation is Low, and customer recovery is poor as well.
