★ ★ ★ ★ ★ just came back with my wife eating at the Bedok North outlet. Highly recommend to go during noon hours as there was no crowd! The staff was patient to explain the menu to us as it was our first time eating Mookata in Singapore. We ordered the 2-person platter and added additional items not found in the platter. The meat was fresh and well marinated. The prawn and cutter fish were fresh and tasted well after BBQ. We used to take this when we were in Thailand.
The coffee shop was well ventilated and we could enjoy our meals slowly. The total cost was $32 for 2 of us. No need for buffet style. We walked out as satisfied customers and would return again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chanced upon this place cos I was looking for Mookata for lunch, and most places only open for dinner. As mentioned, it is VERY value for money. The two pax set is only $25 or so. I didn't go for that so I went for ala carte and selected better meats. You can legit get full on good quality meat and seafood at less than $50 for two people. The seasoning and sauces were also on point. The only thing that didn't make the mark was the soup. But then if you want soup, head to a soup place. This is for grillllll lovers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4.6 for Al fresco Mookata. Came with 3 other guys on a Tuesday 7.30pm, very packed. But managed to find a table after 3 minutes of standing.
Ordered a good tonne of ala carte meat and vegetables. They have two types of chilli, one sweet and the other spicy. The spicy one goes really well with the BBQ meat and a spoonful of rice. Recommend the marinated pork, pork belly, marinated chicken and garlic chicken. Golden mushroom is a must have, fry till golden brown and it'll be juicy having soaked up the pork lard.
Spent about $50 for 4 pax. All full and satisfied. This is my 5th or 6th time here. The taste never disappoints. Just take note to avoid the peak periods. Parking behind the coffee shop is always full but you can always park at nearby HDB just opposite the coffeeshop across the road. Short walk 3min.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now I know why this joint is so popular!
Located in a coffee shop with al fresco dining. Affordable and decent quality of meats. Loved the streaky bacon and the soup is light yet tasty. Service is very good. Servers are very friendly.
Its my first time there but definitely won't be the last.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No reservation can be done and queue is long, so advised go earlier. The service was good and price of the food is super affordable. It used gas stove and therefore cooking was fast, no need to sit there for so long to wait for the food to be cooked.
The place was clean too and food comes very fast after you have ordered. It was also bright enough for u to see whether your food is cooked.
Free flow of soup refilled. The will give u a jar of soup and you can keep refilling it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bangkok street mookata in my personal opinion is the best mookata stall opened by a group of young locals. Their food is so tasty that they easily beat mookata stalls opened by Thai.
I remembered how they started their first stall in Tampines, then moved to Bedok. And now they have expanded to more than 5 outlets in Singapore in a short period of time. This speaks a lot.
Pricing is very reasonable. Food is well marinated and tasty. Their Chilli sauces are sweet and spicy Be sure to avoid peak hours as there will be long queues.
As successfully as they are now, I hope they will remain humble and maintain the good service they once had when they had their only stall in Tampines.
