Ordered Pork knuckles n Duck made specially for us on Xmas ,excellent Food n excellent service by the Owner n his wife

The highlight of this stall is the German pork knuckle that is usually and mostly found in restaurants. However, the owner replaces the sauerkraut with coleslaw probably to appeal to the palate of the kopitiam uncle who order it to go with their beer (this stall was located in a kopitiam before it move to the current location). Neverthess, the Pork Knuckle is very good for the price point ($16). You will have to pay more than double that in a German restaurant. For those who think the owner is a typical western food stall owner dabbling in German food, no it isn't. He used to work in a German restaurant as a chef, one that I used to frequent. Lastly, the owner will use a scissors to cut the pork knuckle up, so if you prefer it intact when it reach you, you might want to tell his wife who takes order.

One of the Best Pork knuckles I have had.i understand the Chef Mr Henry learnt his skill for his GERMAN Master but Chef Henry has modified the taste to suit us.Excellent plus he makes good peranakan Food Fried Duck pre order

Ordered chicken chop on 21 Mar 2022. Part of the chicken was raw/uncooked. Feedback to the chef and all he said was “orh”. Never ordering from this stall again.
