This place deserves some attention for decent food and drinks! There was no customer on a weekday evening ): we ordered the laksa hokkien mee ($8.50) and hojicha latte ($4.30). The portion of the noodle was huge! And they were really generous with the ingredients. But sadly, it just tasted like laksa in a drier version. Couldn't taste the fusion as the name suggests. Hojicha latte was pretty good, and with the cute art and affordable price, it is definitely value for $

Me and my partner used our Burpple 1 for 1 at this place. In general, the dishes we ordered were good and tasty (see attached photos). Service is pretty fast. There is aircon for indoor seating. Portion size was generous. We particularly liked their Power nasi goreng which was very flavourful.

Quiet ambience in the morning, good variety of food in the menu and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

Came here on two separate occasions recently and it was a pleasant time. The Burpple 1-1 mains were decent – we had the chicken curry and chicken braised meat rice, both of which were tasty with a good portion size. The matcha and hojicha lattes were very good though, given that they work with Matchaya it's no surprise! Came a second time for the sides + drink 1-1 deal (mainly for the drinks, they were that good), and had muachee to go with it. It was good with plenty of peanuts and muachee, and perhaps a little too filling to have one serving to a person. I'd like to try their other dishes and sides in time to come.

It is a great place for lunch or even chill on a lazy afternoon. Kopi Latte ($3.50) Kopi with fresh milk and simple latte art. I feel that the coffee can be made better. $1 more for the iced version. Teh Latte ($3.50) I personally think this is better than the Kopi Latte because I can taste the teh more. Also made with fresh milk and latte art. I also tried the claypot curry chicken with toast (no photos unfortunately) and I would say it is good. Overall, a great experience.

Great food, relaxing alfresco environment and friendly service crew. Their aglio olio is superb, prawns are very fresh and succulent. Teriyaki chicken kinoko pasta reminds me of takoyaki my favourite Japanese snack. Sambal Nasi Goreng is a must-try, one word to describe it: Shiok! Not to mention their muah chee and popiah, tasty homely delights! Generous servings and affordable pricing. Would definitely bring my family and friends there for more ??

Located at the heart of Bedok North, we are surprised the food is delicious. Their signature Nasi goreng comes with the option of either sambal spicy or Yangzhou fried rice. Power Nasi Goreng $8.90 - Large juicy prawns - Fluffy eggs - Ikan bilis was a bit salty though Laksa Hokkien Mee $8.90 - Springy rice noodles! - Large juicy prawns as well - A seamless blend of both dishes! Bright retro vibes. Will dine next time. Great service.

Seats and chairs here aren't comfortable. I had a backache from this place, but I did spend a bit more time than usual here. Matcha latte is not bad, and the Genmaicha is OK too. I loved the almond kaya toast though. Overall, ambience is OK, can hear a little bit of chirping from the bird shop next door, but not too bad inside.
