Mar 21 2021 sunny Sunday Jogged along Jalan Buruh, West Coast Hway, West Coast Rd, then Pasir Panjang Rd. Passed by Science Park II, Haw Par Villa and several temples. Then cable cars were within sight and I knew Sentosa is just a stone throw away. Tourist arrival is near zero due to Covid-19. With vaccination is under way in most countries, I hope the borders can be reopened soon and the sky is where we belong. Pushing further along Keppel Rd, Telok Blangah and Anson Rd, and Raffles Place. BOC building is overlooking the Singapore River, strong and steady. The River view is beautiful and postcard quality photos can be easily taken with today's handphone. There is a sense of achievement after completing my 10th half marathon in this year. Mizuno running shoes are durable and comfortable. Feb 28, 2021 Sunday morning. Sunny Decided to do my 7th half marathon towards UOB. Set off from Jurong Lake Gardens, running along Boon Lay Way, Commonwealth Ave West, then Alexander Rd, Zion Rd, Clarke Quay and Singapore River. Bank of China Building stands by Singapore River bank. Running towards CBD is more comfortable than running towards Tuas Lamp Post 1 b'cos PCN is more established and roads are lined with trees. After snapping a few photos along the way, the destination is ot far away. The reward for this race was 2 bottles of A&W and Sprite. Sitting beside the Singapore River, enjoying Sunday morning in the city. I'm sure more half marathons will come.

The Bank of China Building is a development consisting of two skyscrapers located in the central business district of Singapore. It is located on 4 Battery Road, just next to 6 Battery Road, Maybank Tower, and roughly 100 metres from the Fullerton Hotel. It houses the Bank of China.

Terribly slow at processing refunds. I've been waiting for a refund back to my credit card since forever and BOC has taken months. Called their customer service, they said they will call back within 5 working days but NOTHING.

Extremely slow service. Waited more than 3 hours to just open a bank account. The security and the guy working with the queuing machine are extremely rude!!! Did not expect them to be helpful, but at least be polite...

Very difficult to get through to their Customer Service via phone. Annual fee very difficult to get waiver. Unlike other banks. Stay away from this bank unless if you want to get high blood pressure...

Worst bank service, ever!! The teller, Tan Siaxx Yxx showed negative attitude and spoke in a very rude way to the customer. She must be unhappy with her job. I suggest the bank management to have a coffee session with her to find out what is the reason behind.

worst bank customer service ever. charge $7.50 below account balance fee for 16mths for 2 accounts, total deducted $240, without any decency to notified customer via letter or sms like other banks for the deductions. call to waive keep say cannot. will not recommend anyone to open bank account with BOC.
