Be it the way they handled the patients' family members over the phone or in person, they are rude towards them, show no respect, keep interrupting when people tried to explain. The patients' family was trying to seek their assistance esp during covid period, just imagine how they brushed them off when they attended their calls instead of helping? You can just imagine the kind of treatment and attention the patients would receive in there.
