★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I assisted Woodlands Vanguard a few months back. Truly enjoyed the experience! The lady-in-charge was very sweet & friendly.
But I felt uncomfortable with how she didn't make an effort to learn my name, and instead proceeded to make a joke saying, "Aiyah, Nutella lah!"
And although it's something I can laugh at as a joke, I do think it's uncalled for, and people should at least make an effort to pronounce somebody's name. 'Natara' is not that difficult to pronounce. It's an English name too.
