β β β β β Excellent reception service but the Home Care clothes for the residents are unacceptable. 9 out of 10 outfits are all torn or broken. Lack of buttons and exposing my mother in law's chest, arms or buttocks etc. Everyday her outfit is torn somewhere. I had no choice but to bring home clothes for her now. Ive informed the nurses many times and they said they have sent feedback to the management many times but still nothing is done.
Poor management!! I hope they protect every residents decency and treat them with respect.
