β β β β β Barre 2 Barre is a place I love to be at always!! The BarreAmped instructors are amazingly attentive and what I like about them is they really do care about our movements in class where they always ensure that we do the right thing so that we will not hurt or injure ourselves. Even the receptionists are super friendly and helpful. Its a workout that is different compared to the rest of the barre workouts out there. One must try to speak for themself!

β β β β β Been attending classes here since 2019 and itβs been an amazing experience. Great instructors and place is clean. Class size is small so that the instructors can check and correct your posture. Thereβs also toilets for you to shower after class. Highly recommending Instructor Denise who is very attentive and motivating!

β β β β β First time attending barre and suspension class. Small group of class with a lot of attention and modification given. Denise is so encouraging and she will push you harder during the class. Will definitely feel the after burn effect! Nice class!

β β β β β It's up Staircase 1 (and a little hard to find). Bring grip socks, or you can buy them for $17 at the door.

β β β β β My first class here was Barre Bounce with Seoen and it was a great experience! Seoen was very energetic, bubbly, and gorgeous! She did the workout with us with short breaks in between to check and correct our form. She gave us a cute face mask and vit C supplement after our class. She also took pictures of us during out workout to show us our cool muscles. I've done barre before and this is my first time doing barre on the trampoline - it's a lot of fun! I'll definitely be back!
How to find the studio: it's located in the Nankin Row shophouses behind the Great Eastern Life building. There are directory maps posted throughout the area so look for one and look for "staircase 1" and "you are here." Once you find staircase 1, climb up to the third floor. The staircase is nice and air-conditioned. Nearby MRTs include Chinatown MRT (route is more sheltered) and Clarke Quay MRT (route isn't very sheltered.)
Front desk staff are very friendly and gave me a lovely introduction to the studio. Thank you everyone for a great barre bounce experience. I'll see y'all again soon. :)

β β β β β I did the Barre Bounce class with Seoen, and it was a life changer! Will definitely be back! If you are thinking of trying Barre, think no more, just sign up and try it and experience it for urself βΊοΈ
Trainer review (5 stars): Seoen is a very enthusiastic and professional trainer. She knows how to push you and ur fitness to greater heights, while making you feel absolutely comfortable (no pressure at all; only good vibes!) She's very encouraging and professional, and constantly reminds you of the proper posture to ensure you are engaging the right muscles. And of course, she's an inspiration as she has such great energy, toned build and beautiful smile ?
Studio review (5 stars): very clean studio, has water cooler, shower facilities, toilet, and even gave me a new mask (with really nice flower patterns, just nice for CNY) and a little chocolate as a mini gift/prize for working out so hard! ?
Tips: If it's your first time, please cater extra time to find the place. It's at the nankin row shop houses, no lift, just walk up staircase to level 3. Do arrive early to settle down, as they have strict no late policy, per any other Barre studios
Barre as an exercise review: For a not-very-fit person like me, Barre on its own is alrdy pretty challenging. Doing it on a trampoline, definitely brings it one level up and makes Barre more cardio-like, fun and enjoyable! It gave me really good body aches the next day. It's a must try!
